Happy thanksgiving!

appy belated Thanksgiving!  Please allow me to apologize for not posting picks of the feast we had. I awoke at 9 am and I was busy preparing the smoker and the side dishes until it was time to eat. I was so exhausted I only remembered to take one picture, and that was the halfway point of the turkey while it was in the smoker. I could really use a photographer some times it seems. I'll have to work on taking breaks in between steps so I can get more pictures for my readers. I mean whats a food blog without pictures, right? I'm still new at this and I appreciate your patience as well as your taking the time to read my BBQ blog.

You might have noticed that the blog looks a little different today. I have decided to move to a 3 column design to have less scrolling clutter. Most of us have graduated to wide screen monitors and I hope it looks great on every one's monitor.  Please feel free to leave me feedback on the changes and of course any suggestions that you may have. I also look forward to reader's email and questions. We have answered a couple in a new feature I call Mail Grab.
